The Genetics Society of AustralAsia conference accepts abstracts from all areas of genetics.
For ease of program building, we ask that you tell us the themes that your abstract aligns with.
The themes are:
Developmental and cellular genetics
Genetics and medicine
Ecological genetics
Conservation genetics
Evolutionary genetics
Genetics of quantitative traits
Bioinformatics and genomics
Genetic and epigenetic regulation
Education and genetics
Synthetic biology
Insights and outcomes from biodiversity and agricultural genomics (BPA sponsored symposia)
We ask that you select two research themes, to enhance our capacity to fit your talk into the program in the correct session.
We are accepting abstracts for three different presentation types:
· Poster (poster)
· Lightning talk (lightning)
· Full conference talk (full)

Rename the abstract template using the following file name structure.
Theme#1_Theme#2_presentationType_Surname.docx
e.g. 5_1_lightning_Griffith.docx
This abstract has a first preference in the Evolutionary genetics theme, second preference for the developmental and cellular genetics theme, is for a lightening talk for researcher Griffith.
